42 DAYS AND COUNTING!
Join me as I start my "42 Day LEGIT Shred".
This is a date I have picked to get my butt into gear and I will still be "optimizing my physique" come the time of the cruise, but it's just a small milestone to aim for in the long term :)
(We're actually planning on coming back from the cruise even leaner than when we leave :p)
My goal is to build back up some lean muscle and tighten up a bit. Since breaking my arm and getting my wisdom teeth out I've done alright, but now that I'm on the mend I'm ready to push a bit harder and get back to my ideal level!
