Cambridge Outdoor Bootcamp Group Training

Get out of the gym and get outside!! Get your sweat on in the beautiful weather and take advantage of the amazing Linear Trail along the Grand River!

Get professional training on form and technique for 1/4 the price of 1-on-1 training!

Lift Weights Faster!! Make cardio fun with bodyweight and resistance training exercises using a mix of supersets and circuit styled exercise combos to incinerate body fat.

Meet an awesome group of people and make some friends in your neighbourhood who all love to workout as much as you do!

Classes will run at 6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Parking is available at St Joseph Catholic Elementary school or street parking on Riverside Drive. We will meet in the park near the sign for Settler's Fork.

LOCATION: Bob McMullen Linear Trail (Near the corner of Riverside Dr and Westminster Dr S. Cambridge, ON).
We will meet in the park near the sign for Settler's Fork. When you walk towards the park from the school or the street you will see a large sign as well as us getting set-up.

PAR-Q & WAIVER: Please fill these out as soon as you arrive. If you have any medical conditions that would prevent you from being able to participate, please notify us ahead of time.

DIRECTIONS: From King St in Preston, drive south on Westminster Drive until you reach the school and the park. To use Google Maps for detailed directions, Google St Joseph Catholic School in Cambridge.

PARKING: Parking is available at St Joseph Catholic Elementary school or street parking on Riverside Drive.

WHAT SHOULD I EAT BEFOREHAND?
Generally you should eat a solid meal 2-3 hours before the bootcamp. If you are eating closer to the class, eat a bit lighter, but be sure to eat enough to have energy to get through the class.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
If this is your first class, please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get all registration details settled before we begin the class.
