Fitness Bootcamp

Fitness Bootcamp is a fun, fast paced workout that will keep your heart rate elevated and help you to lose weight and get in shape!

Whether you're a beginner just getting started, a weightlifter who hates cardio or a runner who neglects weight lifting, this workout is designed to fill the gaps in your training program.

We'll push you to work hard, but we won't be in your face yelling at you the entire time. We believe that fitness is a journey, not a race, so making sure that you enjoy it is one of our top priorities in bringing you longterm success!

With upbeat music that is sure to energize you and at less than 1/4 the price of personal training, Cambridge Fitness Bootcamp is the perfect fit for anyone looking for that extra motivation and accountability to get in shape!

Meet an awesome group of people and make some friends who all love to workout to the same music you do!

Music requests are welcome! Give us your favourite song and we'll get it into the mix!!

Lift Weights Faster!! Make cardiovascular training fun with bodyweight and resistance training using a mix of supersets and circuit styled exercise combos to incinerate body fat.

This class runs includes beginner and advanced variations for all exercises, so feel free to bring friends and family members to workout at the same time at different levels!

Note: Entrance is subject to available class space (max 20 people). If class is full, entrance will be granted on a first come first serve basis, with 8 class and 16 class passes getting automatic reserved entrance. Make sure to check out our Facebook page for updates (ie. full class occupancy, cancellations, etc.).


Cambridge Fitness Foundations

NEW PROGRAM!! 

Learn how to workout! Learn proper form and technique as well as how to exercise safely!

Rather than having you pay full price for 1-on-1 coaching to learn the basics that everyone needs to learn, we've created this group training class to give you the same training for FREE!

 This class is designed specifically for those new to physical fitness and those looking for a brush up on their technique. Fitness Foundations will set you up with the right base to start on.

Unlike traditional group training classes that are aimed at all levels of fitness, the pace and structure of this class is designed specifically to teach you proper form and technique.

This class will prepare you to join our Cambridge Fitness Bootcamp class

Feel free to bring friends and family members!

Music requests are welcome! Give us your favourite song and we'll get it into the mix!!

Classes will run at 5:00pm on Fridays until August 28th and then Resume on October 2nd.

Paid and free parking is available in downtown Hespeler.
