With LIFT.LIFESTYLE. you are taking the slow and steady approach to fitness and fat loss. You will still get results, but they will be slower than if you were to do a wholesale fitness, nutrition and lifestyle change. As a result, the time commitment and effort level required is much less than our other programs. We work with you to gradually introduce new habits and strategies to progressively overhaul of your diet, training and lifestyle at a pace that doesn't overwhelm you. Doing it this way will not produce faster results, but the effort required to make sure that it is sustainable is less.

What commitment level is required for this program?

This program is for those who have other life priorities and need to introduce fitness, lifestyle and nutrition GRADUALLY into their life. If you find yourself having difficulty fitting fitness and nutrition into your lifestyle, this program is for you. We will meet you where you are and work with you to gradually incorporate beneficial habits into your life.

What previous experience is required for this program?

This program is available to all levels of fitness. Applicants do not need to have experience with lifting weights or any prior knowledge of nutrition.

How Hard is this program?

The difficulty of this program is completely dependant on you. Any change takes some level of effort and self-control on your part to obtain results, but it will not be to the level of deprivation experienced on many other common fat loss diet plans or even our LIFT.RESULTS. program.
