1-on-1 Kickstarter Sessions

If you have over 30lbs to lose, there's usually no need to do weekly check-ins.

Whether it's 30, 50 or 100+lbs you need to lose, this will get you started and empower you to take control of your fitness and life once and for all.

These sessions will often go great when paired with our Foundation Group Fitness classes if you are not familiar with exercise.

Prior to the session you will be sent a seminar module to watch to learn our methods and the principles that form the foundation of our approach.

During the 1-on-1 Kick-starter session, we'll meet with you and discuss the responses you gave on our in depth questionnaire and come up with an actionable plan for you to follow to get you started on your journey towards sustainable fat loss.

Each month we'll meet to review your progress and see how you are doing. If you come upon an unexpected struggle or stall during the month, just reach out to us and we'll schedule a consultation to troubleshoot the issue and get you back on track.

Since this is a lower frequency check-in plan, you will need to be approved to enter this program. This program works best for self-directed people or people who have a partner to workout with.

Pricing: $97 Kickstarter Session; $50/Follow-up Session (Minimum 4 month commitment)

Group Discount: If you have a friend, spouse or partner who has a similar goal and is also suitable for this program, we offer a 25% discount for the first person that joins and an additional 10% after that up to 4 people.

Note: The Be Your Own Coach Program would be a great option to get started or as a follow up to one of these sessions.
