Once you know how to get habits in place, you can begin to automate positive behaviours. Rather than struggling with will-power to avoid finishing your plate, it will just be automatic.
In order to find out what works for you to get these habits established, we'll have you do a few personality and disposition assessments and work with you to identify the strategies that are going to be most effective in motivating you to make a change.
