Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund of any amount of your own choosing up to 110% of the purchase price for up to 30-Days after your kick-off consultation.

You pay us what you think we deserve to be paid for the information we have given you. We refund you the rest up to 110%.

Exclusions:

We trust you. We know that most people are good people and will not take advantage of a policy like this and we want you to be confident that we will get you results. At the same time, we do have to protect ourselves a little bit - just in case.

The below terms outline eligibility for the Live For Today Fitness 30-day 110% money back guarantee.

  1. You must request a refund within 30 days of the date of the kick-off session for the program that you are in. After 30 days all sales are considered final.
  2. In order to be eligible for the 30-day 110% money back guarantee you must show record (as much as is reasonable) of compliance to all recommendations made by your LFTFitness Trainer.
  3. This guarantee does NOT include failure to lose body fat due to medical conditions. If you have a pre-existing medical condition that predisposes you to weight gain and difficulty losing body fat, you must inform you coach prior to signing up. Any guarantee will not apply.
  4. You must submit measurements and progress pictures at the time of sign-up and again at the time of request for refund to verify that results have not been obtained.
  5. If you are a female with a BMI under 22.5 or a male under 10% body fat, sleep and stress management are key to sustainable healthy results. Since we are not a "lose fat at all costs" company, we will not encourage unhealthy practices. As a result, we cannot guarantee results for men and women who are already at healthy body compositions. It is our belief that for some people, excess stress and lack of sleep will compromise the ability to obtain this optimal body composition in a healthy manner.
  6. This refund policy does not apply for differences of opinion, desire to try a different program or any other reason. This policy applies ONLY for failure to obtain results with full compliance to trainer recommendations.
  7. If you have not yet submitted your client background questionnaire you may request a refund and you will receive a 100% return of the purchase price.
  8. If you complete your first session of any package and you are not fully on board for any other reason you may request a refund for up to 65% of the purchase price, prorated for the number of update sessions completed.
